As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to partner with them for the achievement of their goals. My training as a clinical social worker included the disciplines of mental health and human behavior. Since mental health and wellness are interdependent, I wanted to learn more about nutrition and physical health.
In addition, while experiencing a successful personal journey to better health in 2015, I became more reflective of barriers that had the potential to threaten my ability to succeed. This desire to understand the relationship between mental and physical health lead me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I graduated in 2018. As an Integrative Nutrition Health coach, I look
forward to sharing tools that will help people on their journey to sustainable health and wellness.
